This permanent and full-time opportunity will see you working in Melbourne CBD (Project Site Office) for a national electrical contracting company. The successful candidate will provide general administrative and data entry support to Project Management Teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Main duty - daily input of timesheet information into MS Excel
  • Other duties include:
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Receiving goods in and entering data into systems
  • Managing incoming emails
  • General ad-hoc admin support duties

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience of administration and data entry (ideally gained within the construction or electrical services industries, this is preferred but not essential)
  • IT literate with MS Suite, particularly with MS Excel
  • Proven fast and accurate data entry and typing experience is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
