Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager, your role will be to provide varied reception and administrative support to a hardworking and busy team.
Typical day to day duties will include:
- Daily reception, manage switchboard, call handling duties and welcoming/signing in visitors
- Daily banking duties including petty cash and maintaining Till Change Float
- Manage stationery levels and ordering requirements for kitchen sundries and maintain kitchen
- Vendor reconciliation and filing
- Customer Order processing, typing and document preparation
- Enter Stock keeping Unit on Items with inventory
- Execute Mail-outs for Sales Representatives
- Typing up quotes and letters for Directors in request
- Organise outgoing mail Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
- Purchasing and Invoicing duties
- Varied administrative projects and supporting teams
- Bulk emailing, scanning, printing, and binding
- Preparation of sales and marketing material
- Accounts Payable reconciling when required
- Designated Fire Warden duties
Skills, experience, attitude required:
- Previous reception, switchboard, and office administration experience
- Competent and accurate typing speed (ideally circa 60 wpm) and data entry skills
- Previous experience with reconciliation and/or Accounts Payable is preferred
- BSB40207 Certificate IV in Business or equivalent, is preferred
- Provide First Aid Certificate (BSB40207) or equivalent, is preferred
- IT literate - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess a can do' attitude, always taking care and pride in your work
- Well presented, well groomed
