About the role
• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Leasing and Negotiation: Handle leasing activities, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal returns for property owners.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of property experts to leverage collective knowledge and deliver outstanding service.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, conduct research, and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

What you will bring to the Team
• 6-12 months of experience in Property Management
• Polished and engaging professional with impeccable communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and very organised
• Sound knowledge of the local property market
• Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations
• NT Driver Licence
• Current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• NT Real Estate Agents Licence.
