Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join the team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for coordinating the reporting, analysis, and presentation of financial data to various business units. Your duties will include preparing month-end procedures, developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and providing valuable insights to support business initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate financial reporting, analysis, and presentation to various units.
• Prepare month-end procedures and reports.
• Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with commercial goals.
• Monitor financial performance and implement process improvements.
• Provide financial advice and engage with stakeholders.
About You…
The successful Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following;
• Previous experience a similar position
• Strong communication and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and risk-based financial advice.
• Relevant finance or business qualifications
• CPA qualification (desirable)
• Experience in utilities, manufacturing, construction, asset management or mining industries (desirable)
