Senior Property Manager

Due to continued growth, an opportunity for an experienced, skilled and professional Senior Property Manager to join their successful team has presented. Managing a portfolio of properties including boutique and luxury residences your finesse in client engagement and polished presentation will stand apart from the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Leasing and Negotiation: Handle leasing activities, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal returns for property owners.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of property experts to leverage collective knowledge and deliver outstanding service.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, conduct research, and provide strategic insights to clients.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse property portfolio.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Driver's Licence
• Current Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
• NT Real Estate Agents Licence
