This is a hands-on production role with full accountability for operating automated beamline and plate processing equipment, including cutting, drilling, and preparing structural steel components to engineering specifications. You will take ownership of ensuring accuracy, throughput, and safe operation across the production line.

About You
You are a reliable and experienced operator who enjoys working in a heavy steel or fabrication environment. You bring a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to precision and safety, with the ability to work to tight tolerances and production deadlines.
You will bring:
-Experience in structural steel, fabrication, or heavy manufacturing
-Proven ability operating beamlines, drill lines, CNC machines, or automated saws
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production schedules
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-High regard for workplace health and safety practices
-Forklift and/or overhead crane experience (highly desirable)
