Roster: FIFO ex Adelaide ONLY (5/2, 4/3 swing or, continuous 4/3 swing (with client supplied accommodation)

Pay: Competitive flat hourly rate of pay commensurate with experience
The role:
This is a fully off the tools' role, and as a Building Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and supporting the delivery of building and maintenance projects across multiple work fronts (residential and small commercial). You'll work closely with supervisors, clients, and work crews to ensure all tasks are completed safely, to the highest standard, and in line with compliance, quality, and project timelines.
Day to Day duties:
- Scoping, quoting and tender submissions for building related projects
- Arranging close out of task execution and invoicing
- Coordinating labour resources and maintain schedules
- Sourcing and procuring materials and equipment cost effectively
- Obtaining relevant permits, clearances, and approvals ahead of job commencement
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Identifying efficiency or cost-savings opportunities
Skills and experience required:
- Demonstrated experience in building, construction, or maintenance coordination (ideally gained across residential and small commercial)
- Trade certificate in carpentry or minimum 5 years' experience in building or construction
- Strong knowledge of building methods, tools, materials, and industry standards
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
