About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of capital and operational programs by providing high level administrative, financial and project coordination. You'll help maintain the integrity of business processes, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold compliance across governance frameworks.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, effective communication, and efficient workflows across the business. This position suits someone who enjoys structure, problem solving, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support for capital and operational projects
  • Coordinate procurement and payment processes in line with organisational requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project, financial and asset records
  • Support reporting cycles, forecasting, documentation control and governance activities
  • Maintain registers, correspondence, workflows and documentation to required standards
  • Provide system support and assist with training in corporate systems
  • Build strong working relationships and deliver responsive customer service
  • Contribute to process improvement and system capability development

Criteria - Essential
  • Experience providing administrative, financial or project support in a complex operational environment
  • Understanding of governance, procurement or compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience using information, financial or record management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Criteria - Desirable
  • Qualifications in business administration, project support or a related field
  • Experience in a regulated, utility or public sector environment
  • Experience with asset management or portfolio management systems
