RED Appointments are partnering with our client, a well-established national electrical company, in their search for an experienced and capable Electrical Supervisor (with High Voltage experience) in this full-time and permanent position. You will be supervising multiple HV installation works, maintenance and service works, minor works/projects across a range of industries. This is an autonomous role working on sites around metro Perth and in the CBD, plus at times working from the WA company head office (located Southern suburbs).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful supervision of workers on your allocated jobs/projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting agreed timescales.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as an autonomous Electrical Site Supervisor working across multiple projects - eg - commercial, health, education, defence, and / or industrial projects (not residential/domestic)
- Previous electrical trade background essential
- Current Electrical trade licence essential
- HV switching ticket is preferred
- Your HV experience should include installing and testing transformers, RMU's and switchgear
- You should also have previous experience writing a switching program,
- CPR within 12 months preferred
As Supervisor you will be completely hands off the tools
Paid by the hour - a competitive hourly rate plus penalties and paid overtime opportunities are available, plus company vehicle, phone and laptop.
