Our client is seeking a highly organised EPMO Control Officer with exceptional administration and time management skills to support project governance, data quality and reporting across their Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). This role provides critical support across a fast‑paced environment, requiring accuracy, coordination and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. This is a 6‑month temporary assignment commencing immediately.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, EPMO, you will provide essential coordination, administration and governance support to ensure accurate, timely and reliable project and portfolio information.
Success in this role relies heavily on your strong administrative capability, proactive organisation skills and ability to deliver highquality outputs within strict timeframes across a varied project portfolio.
You will also provide secretariat support to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Committee (EPMC), assisting with meeting coordination, governance processes and procedural compliance across the project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain highly accurate project data in the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system through diligent administration practices
  • Support monthly performance reporting and uphold high data quality standards
  • Provide secretariat support to the EPMC, including preparing papers, minute taking, agenda coordination and procedural guidance
  • Deliver system training, administrative support and high‑quality documentation to project teams
  • Coordinate project governance activities aligned to the Investment & Delivery Framework (IDF), ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Assist Project Managers with IDF gateway requirements, submissions and administrative preparation
  • Conduct data cleansing and analysis to align information across project and asset systems
  • Manage competing priorities across reporting cycles, governance deadlines and committee requirements with strong organisational discipline
Selection Criteria - Essential
  • Experience in financial monitoring and maintaining accurate data in project or asset management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, supporting effective team and stakeholder engagement
  • Highly developed administration and time management skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality work within tight deadlines
  • Experience coordinating reports and completing quality reviews
  • Experience facilitating or delivering training
  • Secretariat or committee support experience at a senior/executive level
Desirable
  • Familiarity with project reporting or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI)
  • Experience in utilities, construction or asset-intensive industries
