About the role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the performance and reliability of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, primarily at Adelaide Airport, with occasional work at our Parafield site.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintain and repair HVAC systems across airport terminals and buildings.
-Provide expert advice to the Head of Facilities and Maintenance.
-Report on asset condition and maintenance activities.
-Execute preventative maintenance plans.
-Collaborate with facility managers and contractors as the subject matter expert' for HVAC systems.
-Interpret technical drawings and implement procedures.
-Use computer-based systems for reporting.
-Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental standards.
-Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and customer-focused workplace.

-Trade Qualification in HVAC or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
-ARCtick Licence
-High Risk Licence
-Current Driver's Licence
-Strong fault finding and problem-solving abilities.
-Sound understanding of Australian Standards and WHS practices.
-EWP Above 11 metres (desirable)
-Certificate III in Electrotechnology (desirable)
-Experience working in a large-scale operational facility.
Note: Pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test and an aviation level security clearance will be part of the application process.
