Our well established, national and award winning electrical services client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance (Electrical) Sales Representative to join their growing team.
This is a client-facing technical sales role combining account management and new business development, suited to someone with an electrical or technical sales background who thrives on identifying opportunities, closing deals and consistently delivering against sales KPIs.
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining existing relationships while securing new business across commercial, industrial, utilities and defence sectors.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
• Liaise and negotiate with existing and new clients for the provision of electrical maintenance services
• Promote and sell specialist services including ultrasonic testing, infrared thermography and power quality testing
• Qualify prospects, deliver effective sales presentations and actively manage proposals to close sales
• Identify additional opportunities and provide sales leads to the Designed Electrical Services team
• Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, supported by clear and concise reports and proposals
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the bid and delivery process
• Liaise closely with the Operations Team to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate sales data to support internal reporting and achievement of KPIs

About You
You are a commercially astute sales professional with technical understanding, comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities. You are proactive, organised and motivated by results, with the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently generating new business.
You Will Bring:
• Previous technical sales experience within the building services industry, preferably electrical
• Proven success prospecting into new markets, generating leads and closing B2B service contracts
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Well-developed computer and CRM skills
• Strong time management and ability to work towards agreed sales KPIs
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
