RED Appointments is seeking experienced production workers with a solid background in hands-on manufacturing. If you've worked in structured environments where precision, safety, and teamwork matter, this role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with one of Australia's leading defence manufacturers.
Based at Osborne, you'll be part of a skilled team contributing to nationally significant projects in a clean, well-organised facility. Overtime and occasional weekend work available.
Key responsibilities:
Manufacture components to detailed specifications
Read and follow technical drawings and instructions
Conduct basic quality checks and monitor production processes
Maintain a safe and tidy workspace
Follow WHS procedures and contribute to team safety
Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing or production or heavy industrial background
Current police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable with Lead in Blood testing
Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
