Immediate Start | Short-Term Project | Northern Adelaide
Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical / Maintenance Fitters to support a busy industrial workshop located in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
This is a hands-on, site-based role with full accountability for mechanical maintenance and installation activities, including repairing existing plant equipment and installing new machinery as part of a key project upgrade. You will take ownership of ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a well-established industrial operation on a defined 6-8 week local project, working within a supportive team environment while contributing to a critical plant upgrade.
The site is a well-established industrial manufacturing facility, servicing the local South Australian market.
With a strong pipeline of work and ongoing investment in plant and equipment, the business is undertaking a short-term upgrade project, focused on improving operational capability through the repair and installation of new machinery.

About You
You are a skilled tradesperson who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in delivering high-quality mechanical work in a fast-paced environment. You are safety-focused, reliable, and confident working both independently and within a team.
You will bring:
-Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter
-Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments
-Proven ability to carry out equipment repairs and machinery installation
-Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
-Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
