In the 2018/19 financial year, following the Northern Territory Government’s Indigenous Provisional Sum (IPS) policy, RED Appointments placed 443 candidates—144 of whom identified as Indigenous. While policies evolve, our dedication remains constant. RED’s Indigenous employment rates consistently range between 10% and 30%, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to meaningful outcomes.
