The Challenge

Last month, RED Appointments were approached by a large national company to support them urgently with shutdown labour.

Their internal recruitment and external recruitment teams had exhausted all candidate options, with critical roles remaining unfilled.

RED to the Rescue

Within three days the RED Appointments team had provided 30 qualified tradespeople, including boilermakers, pipe welders and mechanical fitters. The client accepted all candidates, and the team began mobilisation.

To further support the client in speeding up the time the candidates could mobilise to the site, the RED Appointments team also organised and coordinated all the drug and alcohol testing, Weld testing, and flights to the site for all candidates.
