About the Role
As a Sales Estimator, you'll be a key player in the pre-construction process, helping bring dream homes and development projects to life. You'll work alongside a passionate team to:
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales estimates and tender submissions
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to source pricing
- Review architectural plans and documentation for precision
- Support the sales team with technical insights and cost breakdowns
- Ensure estimates align with client budgets and project expectations
About You
- You're a motivated and detail-driven professional with a strong background in residential construction estimating. You bring:
- Proven experience in estimating for custom homes and residential developments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in estimating software (Databuild) or similar and Microsoft Office
- A passion for delivering quality and exceeding client expectations
