About the Role & Duties
We are seeking 8 experienced Shutdown Electricians to join a Project at Prominent Hill. This is a major mining upgrade requiring skilled sparkies with strong industrial and construction backgrounds.
You will be responsible for:
Cable tray installation
Cable installation and cable pulls
Terminations for power, control, and instrumentation
General electrical construction tasks in a mining environment
Working safely within a large‑scale project team
3 x Electricians for 30th March til the13th of April night shift
3 x Electricians for 13th April til the 20th of April Night shift
2 x Electricians for 13th April til the 20th of April Day shift
Shifts: 12‑hour days
Travel: FIFO ex‑Adelaide only (interstate candidates must self‑fund travel to ADL)
Camp, flights (ex‑ADL) and meals provided
Day shift with the possibility of night shift
Prominent Hill experience is highly advantageous, as candidates with existing inductions will fast‑track mobilisation.
Tickets & Requirements
- SA Unrestricted Electrical Licence
- White Card
- LVR/CPR (within 12 months)
- WP - High Risk Work Licence
- Working at Heights
- Driver's Licence
- Police Clearance (within 12 months)
- Ability to pass site medicals and onboarding
Tools & PPE:
Basic electrician's hand tools (updated industrial tooling list to be provided)
