About the Role
You will be assisting qualified electricians with a range of duties, including:
-Assisting qualified electricians with electrical installation, maintenance, and upgrade works
-Cable pulling, dressing, and securing cables in accordance with site requirements
-Installing cable tray, conduit, and supports under direction
-Safely operating hand and power tools
-Interpreting basic instructions, drawings, and job directions
-Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
-Adhering to WHS policies, site procedures, and safety standards
-Assisting with material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation
-Working collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
-Previous experience as an Electrical Trade Assistant
-Current White Card
-Basic hand and power tool experience
-Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude
-Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
