Our client is looking for a proactive, highly organised Training Coordinator to support the delivery of organisational training and capability development programs. About the Role
As the Training Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth, efficient and professional coordination of training activities across the organisation. You'll manage scheduling, logistics, system administration and stakeholder communication to support effective learning experiences for employees.
This role suits someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination, balancing multiple priorities and building strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer training programs, including scheduling, logistics, enrolments and participant communication.
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of internal and external training activities, including venue bookings, resource preparation and facilitator liaison.
  • Maintain accurate learning records in the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, attendance tracking, certification management and reporting.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of online learning tools and training resources.
  • Work collaboratively with business units to align training schedules with operational needs.
  • Assist in the coordination of leadership and capability development programs.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience using an LMS or similar system for course administration and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Minimum two years' experience coordinating training, events or similar programs.
Desirable
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or Certificate IV in Business Administration (or working towards).
  • Experience supporting leadership or capability development programs.
